Ryan, our Operations Director, followed in his fathers footsteps and began working in the construction industry specialising in groundworks on residential and commercial projects.

Working for multiple larger contractors, Ryan developed his knowledge and skillset in the industry. Ryan worked his way up the chain of command to becoming a Contracts Manager running multiple large projects across London and Essex. Alongside this, his passion and dedication paved the way to running his own projects closer to home in the form of home extensions, conversions, hard and soft landscaping and groundworks. With this came the birth of RKO Construction. 

RKO Construction was developed with home and family at the heart. Ryans key driver is his family especially his two boys and knowing how important a home is to a family motivates his ambition to create 100% customer satisfaction and helps clients to achieve their vision. 

Our team is made up of experienced and skilled individuals who are passionate about what they do. From our project managers to our skilled tradespeople, we work together to ensure that every project is completed to the highest standard. We believe in building lasting relationships with our clients, and it shows in the way we approach every project.
